Amazingly efficient, excellent communication and reliability. Friendly, helpful and respectful driver. Couldn't speak more highly of Swift Motion. We booked a middle of the night transfer from Birmingham International Airport after a holiday. A one hour journey. There was no anxiety because of the excellent communication - even before we had disembarked the aircraft. The driver, Gabriel, gave a direct line to him so that we could liaise quickly and easily. Then helped load and unload our heavy cases. He was cheerful and helpful and allowed us to snooze on the way home! Perfect! ~ Gill S

Fantastic service. I booked a return trip to Heathrow airport, outbound on 1st February, returning on 22nd April almost 3 months later. Both trips went flawlessly with excellent communications including driver's name, mobile number, vehicle registration, location, times, etc. Both drivers were extremely courteous and helpful, cars were spotlessly clean, prices were competitive. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Swift Motion for all our future travel requirements. ~ Ian P

Can't praise Swift Motion enough from start to finish it was an exceptional experience. I had my correspondence with Marius and we spoke about Airport Transfers and I booked an executive car, have all my flight info and waited until the morning at 4am when Marius was there at 4am on the dot. He said that he had checked that morning and there was a lot of traffic on the M1 so we went another route. He even stopped in a service for comfort break. He helped us with the luggage and we said see you in 2 weeks. When we were due to come back from Ottawa the airport closed due to tornados, so I contacted him and he said ok no problem just keep me updated. After a 4 day delay I told him the time and he said it's all ok. When we landed I called him and he was there to greet us and he took our luggage trolley and took it to where he had parked. The were queues for the lift which took us almost an hour. So thank you Marius for all your help, as someone who has medical conditions, the way you treated my wife and myself was much appreciated. I would recommend Swift Motion to anyone. 5***** rating. ~ Taffy D

We live in Norfolk but were flying from Birmingham and dropped our dog and car off at my brothers in Northampton, whilst we were on holiday. Although originally from Northampton, I was unable to source taxi recommendations, so having Googled reviews, I chose Swift. It was a great decision. We were kept well informed. The pick-ups were bang on time, and the journeys were very comfortable. We highly recommend and will definitely use again. ~ Alison R
